Tessa Bandouna was born and raised in South Africa by a Greek father and Hungarian mother. After obtaining her MSc, Tessa decided to orientate herself more in the management and consultancy field. After moving to the Netherlands with her husband, she was offered a position at the Christelijke Agrarische Hogeschool in Dronten as International Relations Officer, which entails the management of 150 international students and management of subsidy programs for student and staff mobility. Specially for this retreat she send a questionaire to various participants, which reveals some interesting cultural differences between Dutch and foreign postdocs.- Download Presentation >>
